  The two workers were so friendly and helpful. Felt more happy and relaxed (from an anxious person). They had the 10 for 42 sale but many of the styles were not in stock in my size. Said they can order at the counter and have it shipped free (limited time offer?) but I thought easier to just order online so I can make a joint order with AE. Felt bad I walked out with nothing.

  This is hands down my favorite Aerie store and probably the only location I’ll visit in person moving forward! I usually shop online, but the associates at this store are consistently so kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond; from helping track down specific items to making sure you’re aware of every promo available. You can truly tell they care. I actually learned about promotions at this location that I wasn’t aware of before, which I really appreciated. While I wish there was more consistency across locations, it really highlights how much this particular team goes the extra mile. I came in Monday, March 2nd around 6:45pm and was helped by two wonderful associates (I wish I had caught their names!). Please recognize them, they were warm, professional, and clearly working hard to make customers feel valued. This location deserves all the praise. Thank you for such a great experience! If you’re in the London area, this is definitely the Aerie to visit! ☺️

  I had such a fantastic experience at this store! Normally I find shopping very unpleasant (nothing ever fits, etc) but the staff working the day I went in changed everything. Not only did they go above and beyond to help find me a bra that fit me perfectly, they made it fun. Madeleine and Crystal welcomed me like a friend and treated me like a queen. The level of service I received has been previously unmatched. Not only did they make the experience fun, their wide range of product knowledge blew me away. I will be a return customer and I highly recommend you check out the store too.

  I was in the store at white oaks mall tonight. There were 3 or 4 staff members of which none greeted me or any other person in the store nor did they acknowledge me when I was waiting for a fair bit behind a lady the staff member at the til was ordering something for online. They were too interested in talking about “not having plans tonight”. No one even made an attempt to make eye contact with me. I put my items back and left. I have been in customer service for a long time and I always make people feel welcome whether I’m busy or not. I won’t go back to that location again. Maybe a moment of learning is needed for the employees in the store.
