- AKAshpinder KaurJun 6, 20251.0I visited L.L.Bean for the first time today with my friend, and honestly, it was a huge disappointment. We were simply taking ONE quick mirror selfie — we weren’t loud, we weren’t blocking anyone, and we definitely weren’t disturbing the store in any way. But suddenly a lady (staff or manager, not sure who she was) rudely interrupted us and told us it’s “against the policy” to take pictures. Really? We weren’t in a fitting room, and there were no signs posted anywhere saying photos aren’t allowed. She acted like we were doing something wrong when all we did was take a simple picture for ourselves. We felt targeted and disrespected for absolutely no reason. This was our first time at L.L.Bean, and sadly, it will be the last. If this is how you treat customers, especially those just trying to enjoy their shopping experience, then don’t expect them to come back. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional.

Products were cheap overpriced junk. Well done. You opened a store and chased off your original customers. Will no longer buy from llbean. They sold out.
