I often shop here and don’t have bad experiences. Until today.
My partner went in to pick up an online order that was shipped to the store for me, which he has done on my behalf many times before because you need the app and a code for a specific order. I am currently sick so I did not go in, which has never been an issue in picking up before.
He was met with a woman who says she was the manager, and was treated so poorly and in such a confusing way.
She gave him a hard time and demanded I either come back on my own or bring my ID?? He called me and I had to show a picture of my ID to her. As I was on the phone with my boyfriend she grabs the phone OUT OF HIS HAND?? To talk to me, stating that people like ‘this’ often steal and ‘abuse the system’, (whatever that means!!) and that ID is now a new policy for pickup orders.
If it’s a new policy, that’s fine! It should be on the website/email/app.. but it’s not.
The treatment was insanely unnecessary, rude and disrespectful. Horrible, horrible experience, and the way she was talking to both of us (to me, through the phone!) was crazy! If you have the app, the email, the code, etc. You should be able to pick that order up, and that is the only thing that is stated on the website and email… “Show this pickup code to a store associate.” Is all that it states.
I understand people have bad days, or if the store has dealt with people picking up wrong orders, but you do not need to take it out on a random customer.
In the end, she would not give us her name and only would state that ‘I am the manager here’. She was an older woman with glasses, and I suggest you avoid her if you go to this store.

I firstly want to say, I normally do not have an issue going into this location and enjoy shopping here.
However, yesterday, January 24th 2026 I had an unsettling and uncomfortable visit.
I had gone in here with my daughter and our friends. Checking out the new collection-promotions and wanting to know about the sale item on one of the sweaters my daughter was looking at.
When patiently waiting for the older female staff to finish at the till. I approached them to inquire about the island where the tops and sweaters were, asking mainly about the sweater. I instantly got attitude within their tone-response. They pointed out the clear as day $14.00 sign on tank tops but i was inquiring about the sweaters that did not have a sign. They then got snarky and told me in a rude tone that the whole store is 25% off sweaters, its our promotion and just walked away. This instantly was making my shopping experience yesterday very uncomfortable and unsettling.
Shortly after that, I waited at the cash where this older female staff was, as the other till was busy. This older female staff seen I was waiting, looked at me and stated 'you need to line up over there where the cash is'. But yet, didn't notice her other staff was busy and held up?......anyways, I went over, waited.
Another staff(male) comes out from the back and puts a few things away. By this time I had waited almost 10mins to cash out. He then heads to the till I was originally waiting at. I go over, I then begin to express how I felt waiting at the cash prior to him coming. I explained how one of his staff members behaviour was towards me in hopes this would be acknowledged.
I further expressed how uncomfortable it made me and my friends feel. He stated it was busy, I furthered stated, regardless of how busy, you shouldnt have that sort of behaviour towards costumers. He apologized and mentioned he would bring this forward. I thanked him for helping us and checked out.

One star, only because we can not do a zero.
Very rude customer service experience.
They have a policy unlike other stores and against the corporate policy posted online. When we point that out they show no care or courtesy. This is why it's better to shop online versus in store.
Purchased pants at Christmas from the store. Asked for help in finding the correct sizes (2 pairs). A representative got me the size I needed and I carried on. Paid and left. Throughout packing gifts and moving bags around I have misplaced the receipt. It happens to everyone. Christmas morning comes and the pants are the wrong size, the pants I got were correct, provided by the rep are very wrong. Again, no big deal.
We went in to the store to exchange the pants for the correct size and were told it's not their policy to do without receipt.
Corporate policy both via phone and online say the store SHOULD exchange. We went back today to discuss with the manager. They still refuse. Called another store in tge next city and they confirmed on the phone that they would exchange the pants for the same size without receipt- no issue.
This is not a matter of fraud or theft. This is absolutely the stores mistake in the first place. On both occasions staff were dismissive and stick to this idea that the policy says otherwise. Read your website.
We will not shop here anymore. Very disappointed in the way both my wife, and myself were treated by them.
