- RSRachel SnelgroveOct 22, 20251.0Walked up to the cash with my purchases and there was two ladies ahead of me making purchases with the one cashier. The cashier was struggling with some promo items, no problem. I was waiting around 5-10 mins. But there were 3 other staff just standing around the store doing nothing. Two older female staff members just chatting to each other (blonde older lady also didn't greet us while entering the store, just stared at us.. bizarre) not helping the staff who was struggling and not jumping on another till to ring me through. I dropped my stuff at the till and walked out. Thank god for online shopping.

Except for one staff member who was lovely and very friendly I believe her name started with an N. In her early 20s, she had long dark hair and glasses. Overall experience 1/10 but if it wasn't for the singular nice staff member it would've been a 0/10.
