  My experience in store today was awesome thanks to Samara and Lesley (Leslie maybe? Srry queen) 💕 Samara helped by getting me started in a fitting room and assisting whenever I needed her as I tried things on! It is very easy for me to get overwhelmed when trying on clothes so Samara’s support was appreciated! And Lesley took care of cashing me out and was super sweet and friendly! Give these girls a raaiisseeee

  I was visiting family in Kingston this weekend and we stopped by the cataraqui mall to do some shopping. My niece wanted to stop in aerie, and I figured I would browse the bra’s. I haven’t been fitted in years and didn’t know where to start, but Ariel offered to give me a fitting and picked out a few different styles for me to try. She was very consistent with checking in on me and made sure she found the perfect fit. It was the easiest experience I’ve ever had with bra shopping and I can’t thank her enough!

  Excellent customer service. I went into this location on a very busy day in late August, accompanied by my 12 month old and my husband. The sales representatives noticed that we had our hands full with items bought elsewhere and didn’t hesitate to offer us a bag to carry said items free of charge. I mentioned that I was looking to get my measurements taken to figure out what my bra size after a lot of fluctuation during pregnancy and postpartum. They were so helpful taking my measurements and recommending a wide variety of options. Most importantly to me, there wasn’t any pressure to buy immediately or try on every recommendation. These sales representatives were very observant and understanding of my circumstances (being a postpartum mom with her hands full and time limited). I felt so welcomed and have been trying hard to find some time to go back in person to purchase some great products.

  I was in last night with my mom and I have never had such an awful experience in Aerie before no one greeted us and Rachel was just straight up rude the whole time we were in there. messing around on her little iPad and not even looking up from it the other young lady with long brunette hair was ok but only when we got up to the cash otherwise didn’t have a care in the world. Overall awful costumer service!!!
