  I usually love shopping at Tommy Hilfiger — it’s one of my favorite clothing stores. However, I had a very unpleasant experience on February 11, 2026. Two days prior, we purchased around $2000 worth of clothing. We returned to the store to exchange some items for different sizes and return a few pieces. Around 7:30 PM, the on-duty manager, “Najad”came in between while returning and and exchange process. During the process, we notice one T-shirt did not have a barcode. What was upsetting is that she immediately assumed that we had lost the barcode tag. We were not aware of any missing tag, and it is very possible that the item was already without a barcode when purchased. Without properly checking, she spoke in a rude and accusatory tone and said, “This time we will return it, but next time we will not.” Her tone, facial expressions, and overall attitude were unprofessional and made us feel uncomfortable — as if we were trying to do something wrong — despite having made a $2000 purchase just days earlier. I completely understand that store policies must be followed, but customers should always be treated with respect and courtesy. This experience was disappointing and not what I expect from a brand like Tommy Hilfiger. I hope store management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer service standards.

  I love shopping at this place. This time i had a list of gifts to get and NIDI was sooooo helpful. She recommended items, helped me find what i was looking for… and was so kind and polite.
