A very expensive bag was left in this store at the Tanger Outlet mall and despite the time in which the bag was left unattended, and the numerous customers entering and exiting the store, all of the bag’s contents were safely returned to their owner. Much gratitude for all those individuals who noticed, safely stored, and subsequently returned this bag to it’s owner.

I went to your store to get a sneaker, and there was a Black employee constantly watching me, as if I were a thief. This behavior made me so uncomfortable that I had to go to another store. Is it because I'm a person of color that he was constantly watching me like this? I'm extremely hurt.

- JWJeff WilsonAug 8, 20255.0I went in for school shoes for my daughter. We dealt with the store manager (and what appeared to be his trainee) and were amazed by the level of service. Without hesitation he went in to the back to check sizes and when she found a pair she liked, offered to check in the back again or another store to make sure we could get them. Service was helpful, friendly and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend anyone with back to school kids shopping to go there!
