  I had a great experience trying to find a dress for my friend's wedding. Shabby and Tafisa really helped. It felt like a wedding dress shopping experience. Fun fun fun🥂

  Usually when I come into this store I find the staff and manager alike to honestly be very pleasant and not overly helpful so I try to make my visits quick and painless as possible until yesterday when I went in and pleasantly greeted at the entrance by a man working, he asked me if there was anything I needed help with and even set up a dressing room for me while I walking around the store looking for more items to try on. It was honestly the best experience I’ve ever had in that store. That man deserves a raise!!!!!

  This is quite literally the WORST Windsor location I’ve ever been to in my life. The girls there are so rude. They don’t greet you as you walk in. One of them was on their cellphone, I was holding at least 7 long prom dresses in my hand and not one of them offered a change room. They passed and looked me up and down 4 or more times. they were being so nice to the younger girls who walked in and helped them all without a problem. After I was done trying some things on, I accidentally put 3 dresses that I wanted to keep on “the put back rack” because I wasn’t sure where to put them and there was nobody there to help me, and I asked the girl who took them which one she put back already and she was so incredibly rude when she said “whatever you put in the put back rack gets put back” didn’t even offer to help me find them. I’m not sure if it’s because I’m 3 months pregnant and im bigger than the girls they typically service. But I’ve been there back in august, before I got pregnant and my experience was nothing like this. I’m never coming back here. the Don mills location in Toronto is so much better and the girls there are so sweet. Definitely would recommend going there instead of this garbage place!

  VERY disappointing experience while prom dress shopping today. Every single employees looked disgusted. No one helps at all!! What happened to customer service??? Black blazer 'manager' get a grip and smile. Brown skirt girl hanging the dresses up and dealing with change rooms, you should also smile. If this isn't your calling, get a new job. Shame on all of you. I was hoping not to have to drop my hard earned money at your store, but unfortunately my daughter found her dress today. -10/10 stars.

  Super pretty dresses. Fun accessories. My daughter was able to find a prom dress she was quite happy with. But the service was atrocious! Not one staff actively helped with styles or sizes. The staff attendant in the change room was the worst. Not one smile, not one kind word or gesture. Totally get the staff was managing high volume of shoppers but honestly, attitude goes a lot way.
