We landed on ordering a new pair and I cannot wait to pick them up when they come in! The salesperson was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made the process of choosing sunglasses smooth and easy. However, one thing that disappointed me was that the Dolce & Gabbana sunglasses I purchased were not cleaned before being handed over. I was in a hurry at the time, so I didn’t notice until I got home. In the past, when I purchased from the Mapleview location in Burlington, they made sure to properly clean the sunglasses using a cleaning kit before billing, which added a nice professional touch. It’s a small detail, but it really makes a difference in the overall experience. Hopefully, this location can maintain that same level of attention to detail going forward.
