- SBSumi BonyunAug 13, 20251.0I went to this store looking for a dress for an important upcoming event, and the service was absolutely terrible. No one greeted me or even looked my way when I entered or as I wandered the store looking at dresses. I had several dresses piled in my arms and had to hunt down an associate to ask for a dressing room. The employee just said sure, walked me to the dressing room, put the number on the door and walked away. Didn't ask what I was looking for, if I needed anything else, or help with the million of straps on the dresses. No one checked on me, and when I was done trying them on, no one was visible to return the dresses to. I had such high hopes of finding my dress here, but the service was so awful that I'm not sure I would have purchased it even if I had found it.
- CCCalizaiMar 12, 20251.0I went here today and there were really cute clothes but not much selection for smaller sizes in my opinion. I saw two tops I liked and they only had sizes medium and up. When I asked if they had a smaller size when attempting to try on the medium they practically rolled their eyes at me and said no, not even bothering to check. I understand if they had already checked earlier in the day but they didn’t give me any context. None of the employees were friendly and barely looked me in the eyes when I spoke to them as if they thought they were above me or something. Overall this was a bad first experience and I doubt I will be returning.
