- IIIqra IDec 25, 20255.0I had such a good experience at Windsor Fashion Store, mostly because of Mena, one of the managers. I came in feeling unsure about what I wanted for a Christmas party, and she was super friendly and easy to talk to right away. She helped me figure out what styles and sizes worked best for me without any pressure. She was patient, honest, and genuinely wanted to help. I left feeling confident and really happy with what I bought. Definitely coming back because of her!

Even when you just smile and pass they stare at you like you’ve done something inhuman! No greeting no help offered. Only one time a girl was really helpful that I don’t remember her name and she’s not there anymore. Anyways,… weirdly rude staff!!
- KCKenzie CNov 26, 20251.0All the staff are really nice and great not anything wrong with customer service and dresses are really cute but quality is ok sometimes questionable. However if your shopping for dresses I don’t recommend this store if you have larger hips, thighs, and butt, but have a small bust and waist because nothing will fit you especially if your also tall and have long legs like me. I needed an extra small if i wanted the dresses to fit my bust and waist nice (if the dress had padding or cups they were still to big for me). (Also note that I was trying on mini dresses) however my butt was either next to hanging out or straight up out, If it wasn’t already out every time I took a step the fabric would roll up because it’s too tight on my thighs (also note this only happened on the bodycon type of dresses where its meant to be a tighter fit). Another issue I had with the zipper dresses is the fabric would scrunch and wouldn’t lay flat against me right above my butt (probably because it was too small for my butt once again). There isn’t a single style of mini dress that fits me here (I went back 3 separate times and tried on a total of 20 dresses and almost every style they had) because of my body proportions and the brand should make a different line where the proportion for a size is different because there is no other decent dress stores near me where I can get a cute dress from, they would probably get a lot of new customers because I’m sure I’m not the only person to have this issue.
