  Absolutely ZERO accountability for their mistakes!!!! Fruit arrangement was completely ruined as delivery drive left it on front porch of house in -10 degree weather. Every employee I spoke to provided different information; manager was completely unapologetic & unprofessional. I placed an order on Sunday, February 1 to be delivered Monday, February 2. I had called on the Saturday prior in order to confirm delivery times for the order. I was told on the phone that I could put the required delivery time in the delivery note when the order is placed and my order would be delivered at that time. In the delivery notes of my order, I indicated anytime after 5:30 PM. On Monday, February 2 at around 1:30 PM, I noticed an email that stated my order had been delivered about an hour prior. I tried contacting the store to let them know that nobody was home at that time, thus no one was able to receive the order. I was told on the phone that it is company policy to not leave the arrangement on the doorstep, and that if no one was home at the time of delivery, a redelivery would be attempted the next day. In the meantime, I got a hold of the intended recipient, who informed me that she received a notification on her ring camera that the delivery had arrived and was left on the doorstep. It should be noted that it was about -10° on this day. They were able to arrange for a neighbour to come retrieve the arrangement, but only later that afternoon. All in all, the fruit arrangement was left on the doorstep for several hours in -10° weather, and as such was inedible as the fruit had gone completely mushy after being frozen. I tried several times to contact the store to remediate the situation but was dismissed each time. The last I spoke to the store manager, she told me she would get back to me by the end of the week after speaking to the store owner.I allowed her that curtesy but never heard back from her. I paid over $100 for this gift to surprise my six year-old niece for her birthday, and it was completely ruined. The lack of accountability from the store manager was unbelievable.

  I don’t normally write bad reviews but I ordered a Too Good To Go bag from Edible Arrangements and honestly I’m really disappointed. I understand the whole point is to reduce food waste and that items might not be perfect, but what I received was far beyond that. The bag was literally leaking pineapple juice when I picked it up, and the pineapple cutouts inside were unusable. The strawberries were squishy and inedible and the cantaloupe and melon were completely soggy and basically rinds. I’m not expecting premium presentation from a surprise bag, but the fruit should at least be safe to eat and edible. This felt like items that should have been thrown out, not for human consumption rather than be sold. Extremely frustrating experience and definitely not what was advertised. Only giving 2 stars because the girl at the front counter was patient and understanding. She kept apologizing even though my husband and I were visibly frustrated. I do apologize for giving a hard time but it was just a very disappointing experience

  Picked up a too good to go order today which is basically mystery bag at a discounted price for whatever is still good but about to expire or whatever didn’t sell. I had no expectations at all but i got a bag of literal garbage. A big bag of pineapple skins that went straight to the garbage. Their regular prices are also high for what they offer.
