  Cute clothing store with a various selection for summer clothing right now. Their clothing is of great quality and not the most expensive in the entire mall, especially if you browse through their discounted section which gets restocked regularily. Also love the store design especially the wall with the grass and led sign which is great for a photo with friends. The employees were really nice and helpful! Deinfitely check this place out in Limeridge.

  I had such a great experience at Aerie in LimeRidge Mall, all thanks to Mara! She was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely cared about helping me find exactly what I was looking for. She made the whole experience feel easy and enjoyable—never rushed, never pushy, just truly helpful and thoughtful. Mara has such a warm, positive energy and clearly takes pride in what she does. It’s rare to come across someone who makes you feel so comfortable and well taken care of while shopping. Because of her, I’ll absolutely be coming back and recommending this location to others.

  Not sure what those one star reviews are on about, but the staff at the lime ridge location are phenomenal. They are extremely knowledgeable, courteous and go above and beyond for their customers. Also, giving some grace around the holidays as they are bound to have additional seasonal staff that are still learning. I have always been well looked after when I walk in and realize in a busy setting when I need additional assistance, I am an adult and ask an associate myself as opposed to assuming I am the most important person in the store that should be catered to more than anyone else. The holidays are a crazy time for retail workers so we should all give them a break.

  What has happened to the service at Limeridge Mall? The staff are not friendly at all. I have been in three times in the last 2 weeks, no greeting at the door, no asking if you need assistance with sizing, not one associate giving the low-down on the store sale features. I was in tonight and had to listen to 3 staff talking at the cash about buying a car and how she managed to get the snow tires included. I hung around the area for over 5 minutes looking at the leggings and socks. Not one acknowledgement. I keep going back as I live 5 min from there. Not any longer. I would rather drive/shop at Mapleview Aerie, amazing staff/service there. Whoever is managing this store needs to look at the service.
