  Polo has always been one of my favourite brands, timeless, classic, and effortlessly stylish. I had a great experience here from start to finish. Everyone was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. AK walked me through everything and gave professional advice on sizing, which made the whole process smooth and enjoyable, I truly felt like a VIP. There was absolutely no pressure or pushy sales at all, just relaxed and genuine service. They really took the time to answer my questions and made sure I could find pieces that suited me and my family, which I truly appreciated. A special thank you to AK for all his help and advice throughout my shopping experience. Also, thank you to the lovely lady, Natalie, who checked me out — she was kind, professional, and left a wonderful impression. And a special mention to the beautiful lady manager who opened the door for customers and gave such a warm goodbye with lovely smile, it felt just like a five-star hotel experience. Overall, the service here was excellent, and I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

  Poor and unorganized store management. Nobody ever picks up the phone either.
