Very disappointing experience today. Multiple entrances to the parking lot were closed, and it took us over 2 hours just to get inside. We barely spent any time shopping, and when we got back to our car, we found the driver-side passenger door was scratched and dented. It looks like the car parked next to us turned too early while pulling in or out, and their front or rear bumper scraped right into our door, leaving a big scratch.
I contacted security, but they just told me to “follow the process” and said they can only release footage to the police. I’m not even sure that area even has camera coverage — they mentioned there could be blind spots. They told me to file everything with the police, who would then contact the mall, but honestly, I doubt this will be a priority for them.
I’ve attached the layout of where it happened, along with photos of the damage. If anyone saw anything in Section 3C (3rd floor, C section) on Nov 22, 2025 between 3-5pm, please let me know. Overall, a very frustrating and unpleasant visit.

Multiple entrances are closed. Took over an 1.5 hours to drive 1.5km to get in from 401 entrance. Bumper to bumper. People making illegal turns. No one to direct traffic. What a horrible way to spend our time to go shopping! What a joke! You want us to spend but provide chaos to get here. Bad, bad, bad. Now to find parking! All parking is all faulty with green available lights where clearly cars are parked!

From the moment I walked in, the staff made the entire shopping experience seamless and enjoyable. They were attentive without being intrusive, knowledgeable about the products, and genuinely eager to help. Every question I had was answered with patience and professionalism, which made me feel valued as a customer.
The collection itself is outstanding—well‑curated, diverse, and beautifully displayed. Whether you’re looking for classic pieces or something more contemporary, the range is impressive and thoughtfully organized. It’s clear that a lot of care goes into both the selection and presentation, making it easy to find exactly what you need.

Wow, this place is fantastic! It's located close to Milton and has almost every brand store you can think of. I went on a weekday and it wasn't crowded at all, which was great. It has something for everyone in the family! The only problem is that it’s an outdoor mall with no covered walkways, which makes visiting tough during cold or snowy weather

Toronto Premium Outlets is one of the best outlet malls in the Greater Toronto Area. It offers a great mix of brands — from high-end names to affordable favorites — all in one place. You can find stores like Nike, Adidas, Coach, Michael Kors, Guess, Levi’s, and many more. The prices are generally much lower than in regular malls, and if you visit during sales or special events, you can find amazing deals.
The place itself is clean, modern, and very well organized. It’s easy to navigate, and everything is nicely laid out with a bright, open-air design that makes shopping enjoyable. Most of the stores are spacious and the staff are friendly and professional, which adds to the positive experience.
The only downside is parking — finding a spot can sometimes be really difficult, especially on weekends or holidays. The mall can get very crowded during peak hours, so it’s better to come early in the day if you want to avoid the rush.
Overall, it’s definitely worth visiting. You can find almost every brand you’re looking for at great prices, and it’s one of the best places around Toronto for anyone who enjoys shopping and saving money at the same time.
