One employee was training a new hire, and when I asked a simple pricing question, she gave incorrect information. When I asked for clarification, her response was, “Why don’t you look at the percentage off and calculate it yourself?” — and she said this in front of the trainee. Completely unprofessional. This visit left a very negative impression. Customer service should never feel dismissive, especially toward loyal customers. I strongly hope management addresses this, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location.
