I went there to exchange the clothes and told the Indian lady that I just needed an exchange because the size didn’t fit my baby boy. First she said, “Okay, you can go choose clothes and we will exchange them.”
After wasting my time choosing new clothes and waiting a long time at the checkout—where she kept ignoring me and telling me to wait—she finally called me. My husband was waiting in the car and my baby was crying because he needed me.
Then she told me they couldn’t do the exchange without a receipt. I explained that my friend bought the clothes and lost the receipt. She started asking so many questions, and I patiently answered everything. I also asked her why she told me earlier that she would exchange, and in the end she still refused. It was such horrible customer service.
I was crying later because my baby was crying and my husband was so angry at me because my son needs milk…
My friend bought the clothes from that store, and later I took the same clothes to another branch in Cambridge. The lady there, named Dimple, exchanged them for me. I even told her that my friend didn’t buy from that exact branch, but she said, “Don’t worry, we will do the exchange.
