Called again and asked to check if an item was in stock, was told that their Internet is down so they can't check, I told the manager that he is in the store and can physically check. He said it's not available. I said online it says that it's available to order and pickup in store, he said do that. I placed the online order, they are supposed to send an email confirmation within 2 hours, they didn't. I called the store, and asked if the order was ready for pickup, and they said yes. Asked The manager why he said it's not available a few hours ago, and he said they were in a shipment that had just arrive. Didn't buy his story for a second. The manager here is terrible. Customer service is horrible.
