The moment I picked a pair and went to pay, the attention shifted instantly, which made the initial judgment feel unnecessary. They had a few nice options, but the overall selection wasn’t strong enough to make choosing enjoyable. My review is based on both the limited choices and the noticeably judgmental customer service. I work in customer service myself, so these things stand out very clearly. Happy with the product, but the experience could have been much more welcoming and consistent.
