You can tell the team really takes pride in keeping everything looking elegant and polished. The staff greeted me right away with genuine smiles and made me feel completely comfortable browsing. They were friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me explore different styles without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The manager deserves a special shout-out Jeff- she was awesome! Super knowledgeable about the brand, explained the details and features of each watch so clearly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying a watch that I absolutely love, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It honestly felt less like a transaction and more like an experience — one where you walk out not only with a beautiful timepiece but also feeling genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this Movado store to anyone looking for quality watches and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

From the moment I started asking questions about the sales, it was clear they wasn’t interested in helping me because I mentioned I was shopping on a lower budget and looking for gifting options. They didn’t seem to care I was there, spent a lot of time on their phone while I was still looking around, and made me feel uncomfortable like I was wasting their time when they did attend to me. It completely ruined me shopping here and I will not return even after how much I’ve shopped here in the past. Even if I’m not buying $1000 watch I still need help, definitely not the level of service I expected.

Ekam was her name, she was standing on her phone the entire time I was there and when she finally did talk to me, she was still on her phone texting someone and barely gave me attention or help. Horrible customer service, thank you Ekam for no help.
