  My fiancé and I were recently gifted matching Movado “his and hers” watches after getting engaged. Unfortunately, my fiancé’s watch had scratches on the face, so I called the store on 2/19 to explain the situation since I live in Buffalo and planned to come to the Toronto Premium Outlets location on 3/10. The representative I spoke with on the phone was very kind and helpful. When I arrived at the store with two of my friends (my fiancé was not present), we had a very unpleasant interaction with the employee working at the time, Ikkam. From the moment I mentioned that I had previously called, she was dismissive with a rude tone and unwelcoming body language. When I asked which watches would be comparable in price so I could look at options to exchange ours, her response was simply, “They’re literally right in front of you,” with clear attitude. My friend also politely asked to try on a watch and was completely ignored. When I repeated the request, Ikkam responded, “Yeah, I heard her,” but still didn’t acknowledge her or say she would help shortly. When she eventually did help my friend, she took my watches and held onto them, which made the situation even more uncomfortable. Interestingly, once another employee came out onto the sales floor, Ikkam’s entire demeanor suddenly changed and she became much more pleasant. By that point, I was already put off and decided to only have the watches resized instead of exchanging them as planned. My family has purchased Movado watches for years and we’ve always considered them a classy and elegant gift. Unfortunately, after this experience, we will not be returning to this location. Customer service should reflect the quality of the brand, and sadly this interaction did not.

  I had a very positive experience shopping at the Movado Company Store. I was able to purchase a gift after much deliberation (such as wide selection) and the kind female employee assisting me was very patient and helpful through it all. I highly recommend shopping here for a great selection of quality Swiss timepieces that are priced well.

  I had such a great experience at the Movado store in Toronto Premium Outlets! From the moment I walked in, everything felt so welcoming - the store was spotless, the displays were perfectly arranged, and it even smelled amazing. You can tell the team really takes pride in keeping everything looking elegant and polished. The staff greeted me right away with genuine smiles and made me feel completely comfortable browsing. They were friendly, patient, and really took the time to help me explore different styles without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. The manager deserves a special shout-out Jeff- she was awesome! Super knowledgeable about the brand, explained the details and features of each watch so clearly, and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I ended up buying a watch that I absolutely love, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. It honestly felt less like a transaction and more like an experience — one where you walk out not only with a beautiful timepiece but also feeling genuinely cared for. Highly recommend this Movado store to anyone looking for quality watches and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be back!

  Came to the mall last week and had really disappointing experience with one of the sales associates Jeff. From the moment I started asking questions about the sales, it was clear they wasn’t interested in helping me because I mentioned I was shopping on a lower budget and looking for gifting options. They didn’t seem to care I was there, spent a lot of time on their phone while I was still looking around, and made me feel uncomfortable like I was wasting their time when they did attend to me. It completely ruined me shopping here and I will not return even after how much I’ve shopped here in the past. Even if I’m not buying $1000 watch I still need help, definitely not the level of service I expected.
