After explaining what was happening, they did not care or say anything to apologize. The manager was following customers to the front door and even yelling, which was unprofessional. It made us feel unwelcome and uncomfortable.

They don't respect old people at all. They blame the customer even though he is an old man in his 80s. They are not responsible when getting people in and out.
