Came to pick up an online order I placed 3 hours prior, I talked to the employee (Jaydaa) at the register and she called another worker to help, they told me it wasn’t ready, even though in the confirmation email it said that my order would be ready within 2 hours. they asked me what I ordered, and then the worker left to grab the items. I waited for a few minutes then was told that all the items I ordered are out of stock and that “someone must have taken them”. The employee told me that I can just order it again online with no other explanation. I had to ask what would happen with my current order in which she then proceeded to tell me that they would cancel it. I asked if I could place the new order there and she said I could also place it online at home where I might have to pay for shipping. I opted for placing it in store for the free shipping. As I was placing my order she was asking me for the product codes and asked to click on my browsers to see the products even though they already knew my items at this point and could search for it in their own system. My phone wasn’t loading so she ended up using the store system to find my items anyways. I also asked if I could change my email for my current ae account and it wouldn’t work so I also had made a new account. I placed the order and left without an apology for the inconvenience.
I was expecting to leave with the items I pre-ordered but left with my time wasted, having to wait a couple weeks for my clothes and an unpleasant experience.

Went into the store, two girls were on the floor and they walked around me like I wasn’t even there.
I wasn’t asked if I needed anything or assistance with anything.
I continued to browse thinking they might help me with what I was looking for and nothing.
That being said, I just left the store.
