Wheel padding split on one, then two, then finally all four wheels. Took it for repair Under Warranty and was told "Samsonite no longer makes these wheels therefore it cannot be repaired." (Yes, I've got it in writing.) Promise a 10 year warranty and then stop making parts?

I initially thought when I sent it that I would likely never see the suitcase again as I did not know if it would make it back to me - it did and I am very grateful - thank you
