  Even with a line snaking out the lineup entrance, only 3 registers were open. The cashiers were also all very deadpan and worked with no urgency. Fitting room Associate had an attitude. Noticeably, the worst associates I encountered throughout all the stores visited at this Outlet.

  Worst management. Trial rooms are locked and customers are left clueless not knowing how to access them and no one to assist.

  I had a very pleasant experience with Alicia, an associate at the Calvin Klein store at Toronto Premium Outlets. She was incredibly kind and patient throughout a long return and exchange process, especially during a very busy season. I truly appreciate her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help despite the late hour and the complexity of my request. Thanks to her, I had a great experience and left feeling very satisfied.
