  is there no standard for physical appearance of shoes before having them shipped out ? i checked the shipping address after receiving my order and the location sent out these shoes without even wiping them down. the soles look worn, there’s a long nasty hair strand on the side & splashes of what looks like food ? on the side of the white soles. this is unacceptable and disgusting. all these flaws are solvable, absolutely no care.

  The manager on duty was extremely rude to me just because of a band shirt I was wearing. She also proceeded to follow me around the store and glare at me the whole time. I have very small feet (5.5) so it's rare many stores have my size, but she was very rude about "we can't justify making a whole section for your size, so they have these little stickers". I tried to make a joke how most women don't need to wear kids sizes to lighten the mood, but she scoffed at me and walked to the corner to glare at me while trying to find shoes.
