The staff there at the time was incredibly kind and helpful—they checked the availability of the preserved flowers I was looking for and took care to package my purple and pink bouquet safely so it would arrive as a gift in perfect condition. I ordered it every year for my mom‘s birthday and she is always satisfied with her order. If you order balloons the person will show up with balloons fully inflated at your door. It was a great experience.
