  Absolute worst experience. This Saturday I was looking to exchange a pair of pants, Since the sizing was incorrect. I found pants in my correct size and was going to do an exchange, but an exchange couldn’t be done the same day due to Boxing Day sales, fair enough, So the employee whose name I don’t know, Placed the hold for me, With the pants that I physically held, And I gave him my name and phone number which he wrote down. We had a direct conversation and he told me that he would see me on Monday. So here comes Monday, 2 days later, I go to pick up my hold And I give them my name. They informed me that they don’t have my hold and that IT WAS GIVEN AWAY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT HAVE THE SIZE ANYMORE!!!! I gave them my name five times and told them that literally I was there not more than 48 hours earlier And then they claimed that the employee that I was talking to the Saturday was on vacation and wouldn’t be there for another month. So then I go to the other locations that they told me to go, which I wouldn’t have had to do if they were just smart enough to not give away a hold in my name. Long story short, after so many trips, They don’t have it. I am so so angry at the fact that they gave away my hold knowing that I was coming to pick it up, literally in two days time to do an exchange, and the employees didn’t even care one bit, including another employee that was present the day I placed the hold. Absolute worst Customer service experience that I have ever had and I will never ever recommend anyone placing an order or a hold with them. I would give zero stars if possible.

  To say the changeroom is closed for the weekend is absolutely ridiculous. I’ve been purchasing this brand for 2 decades, and don’t think I’ll be back anymore. To not allow someone to try on a $300 shirt is blasphemous

  Really nice Lacoste location. Store is very clean and organized. Staff members were friendly and welcoming and was able to find a windbreaker that I really wanted that was in stock at this location. Definitely recommend!
