  I stopped into Sporting Life to buy skis for my family, and the experience stood out immediately. Unlike other stores I visited—where the sales pressure was heavy and the conversation felt transactional—Maxime took a completely different approach. He spent real time walking me through each product we looked at: skis, helmets, goggles, and all the little details in between. Great buying experience thanks 🙏

  Julian was fantastic. I came in knowing basically nothing. He helped me figure out the right boot size, talked me through bindings and different board options, and shared his knowledge in a way that actually made sense. What I really appreciated was how patient and genuine he was…never rushed, never made me feel silly for asking beginner questions. I walked out feeling way more confident and excited to get started. Highly recommend Julian if you’re new to snowboarding or related equipment.

  I was in sporting life today to purchase a snowboard package and have my boots sized however this wasn’t what happened I was absolutely appalled by their customer service. I asked multiple representatives to help me but they kept saying there is only 1 person in that department who refused to acknowledge our presence. We were not disrespectful in any way all we asked was for was some help getting the correct size boots which isn’t a complex task but I was told only 1 specific employee could help but he didn’t and instead spent an unreasonable amount time helping their more common clientele in fact he was helping this person well before we got there and was still helping him after the the 45 minutes we waited before we finally decided to leave while security kept making rounds in our vicinity for no reason. I did not expect this from such a large corporation especially since we are so close to snowboarding season and you only have 1 employee in that entire section

  If I could give this Location zero I would. Absolutely disgusting!!! At 2:40pm today I called to ask if they could check for a size and the guy on the phone Said I would need to call back because he was too busy and then hung up on me. I’m sorry what?! oh so you’re too busy to help customers? He should be fired! Sporting life will not ever get a penny of my money and I will be sure others know how blatantly rude their staff are. Time to learn what customer service is!

  Ordered online a Cannondale Topstone 2 and picked it up at this location. The rear derailleur was not set up properly (only 4 gears out of the 10 were working). Turns out the cable tension was too low and the lower screw limit was not right. Also the shifter was also in off position. I have been riding for 30+ years plus so I was able to do the set up myself but this is just unacceptable when you buy a brand new bike. The bikes are obviously not being checked before given to the customer, me in this case. Do yourself a favour, buy from a local shop specially if you are not mechanical inclined. I bought here because of a massive discount and I get what I paid for. People at the reception were super nice though and the bike itself is top notch.
