Apparently, the lady forgot about us and she went for a break. I am not naming the person on purpose for a reason. After that someone else helped us, however didn’t apologize to us on her/their behalf for the wait even though he knew who was helping us and he knew what we ordered to try on. Very disappointing experience and wouldn’t recommend friends and family to this location. Afterwards, bought Arc’teryx

The store is a bit small but Daniel & Edie were exceptional. Very polite and well informed in their job. I will be coming back to spend just because of their service. The cold indifference and slight aggression of the staff turned me off from the brand. The only person to even smile at me was the security as I walked in. If it wasn't for the poor service (especially for a luxury brand), I would've followed through with the purchase rather than buy from a different brand in the mall.
