She called her manager (DARSHAN) to clarify. He immediately cut me off and say this item is not 19 its 29 bucks in a sarcastic way. He cut me off and didn’t let me finished explaining that i got them at the 19 sale rack and i DONT mind paying the extra 10 bucks, as a customer i have the right to ask and clarify. If you work in retail, please listen first and seek to understand before snapping to customers.
