- SSSunshineNov 24, 20251.0Shopped at Tanger Outlets today. First store I went to was American Eagle.. where not one person greeted me or said hi.. or asked if I needed help with anything. They all just looked at me and turned away. Rude and ignorant.
- MMMarkNov 12, 20251.0This review is for Aerie at Tanger Outlets. The Caucasian manager that looks to be in her 30s is very condescending and rude for no reason to customers. My family and I used to like the customer service from this Aerie, until we met her. Very disappointing.

This time I actually had to ask the fitting room attendant ( who did say hi) if I could have a fitting room- why else would I be in there? No offer of another style in the size I’m looking for, ever. And coming out of fits no acknowledgement just the associates standing around talking to each other. All this while the store manager is there too. Now I’ve remembered why I don’t shop there even though I work in this mall and at this point I’ll actively tell people to go anywhere else because if the manager cant even acknowledge a customer why should anyone spend their money there.
