- GUGoogle UserSep 8, 20241.0I visited this store on Civic Holiday, and it felt like a ghost town with more than 5 employees aimlessly wandering around and less than 4 customers present. No one bothered to acknowledge our presence; they just seemed disinterested, either gossiping or loitering. The lack of basic courtesy created an uncomfortable atmosphere. Despite the store's neat organization and decent selection, the overall vibe was off-putting. I doubt I'll revisit this location. Moreover, compared to other Aerie outlets like the one in Vaughn Mills, this store stands out for all the wrong reasons. The pricing, especially for clearance items, was significantly higher here. This stark pricing difference was hard to overlook. Consistency in pricing is crucial for customer satisfaction, and this store failed to deliver on that front. The pricing disparity between stores leaves me hesitant to consider returning to this particular outlet.
