  We have been customers of the Samsonite store located in the Tanger outlet mall at Cookstown Ontario for over 20 years. We have purchased a whole series of different types of bags for many adventures across the globe over the years. My lovely wife and I have developed almost what I would describe as a friendship with the Manager, Brad. He and his entire team are always a pleasure to deal with. Over the years whether we are making a purchase, stopping in just to say hi or an a rare occasion where we needed an adjustment or repair they have always looked after us well without hesitation. There are many options to purchase travel luggage and many great brands. However, you can’t beat personalized service, great advice, follow up and more importantly, an interest in where the bags traveled to and the adventures that you took them on lol I’d give Brad the store 10 stars if I could and highly recommend it as your go to location for outstanding quality, service and a great Samsonite product Here a few shots of the great Samsonite products helping make our adventures smooth.   Really enjoyed the pleasant friendly service here. Samsonite does have a great reputation for luggage. They also offer some great Disney themed luggage but its Disney so its priced accordingly.
