I had a very good experience shopping at this store yesterday. Big shout out to Tanvir for being very helpful throughout my whole shopping experience and helped me find the perfect size fit for one of the jacket I wanted for my Dad and few other stuff that I bought. Thanks a lot, Tanvir!

I purchased three polo T-shirts around Boxing Day, washed them once as per normal use, and watched them shrink from a Large to nearly a Medium. That alone speaks volumes about the pathetic quality of your products. What made it worse was the utterly dismissive attitude in-store—because the tags were removed, I was basically told to accept the loss and move on. This was less than 10 days after purchase, yet not an ounce of accountability or customer care was shown. Over $100 wasted on substandard clothing and equally substandard service. Easily one of the worst retail experiences I’ve had, and a brand I won’t be trusting—or recommending—again.
