  I had an incredible experience at the Collingwood Sporting Life thanks to Lucas! My wife, Diksha, has always struggled to find ski boots that fit comfortably due to having a wide calf and being 5'0", which usually makes the cuff height a major issue. ​Lucas was extremely knowledgeable and patient. He steered us toward the Tecnica Mach BOA HV 75 W, explaining how the High Volume (HV) shell and the BOA system would provide a much better wrap for her foot than traditional buckles. He also showed us the Cuff Adapt System, which was a game-changer for her calf fit. ​He didn't just sell us a boot; he made sure the fit was perfect for her progression from green to blue runs. If you're looking for an expert boot fitter who actually understands anatomy and performance, ask for Lucas. Exceptional service!"

  Owen and Kevin are extremely knowledgeable and are experts in helping me fit my ski boots properly. I bought my ski boots in another Sporting Life location that didn't have proper boot fitting, but I was able to bring my skis and ski boots over to this location to have them properly fitted. They are both very patient and extremely helpful in trying to understand all of my pain points and had everything all fixed up same-day. I've done more skiing with the newly fitted boots now, and it's no longer painful/uncomfortable! If I knew this information earlier, I would have just purchased and got my equipment fitted at this location instead! Would highly recommend!

  Just a great place to shop for boots that will work. Eoin spent unlimited time and effort to ensure I did not walk out with a pair that I wouldn't be happy with on the hill.

  After skiing with boots which were killers to get on and off my son convinced me it was time to buy new ones! Old guys like me can be stubborn😩 I am visiting Blue Mountain from Nova Scotia to ski with family for the next 3 weeks and he didn’t want to see me struggle so much to get on the slopes each day. After a great morning at Blue off we went to Sporting Life and lucky for me I met staffer Wayne when I explained my situation. Wayne was professional and knowledgeable and took his time to explain the latest in boot technology and find the right solution for me. Equally important for me is he has a great sense of humour which made the overall experience extremely positive especially for someone like me who is not a good shopper by nature. When my wife arrives next week no doubt we will revisit Sporting Life as it has great deals on clothing as if she needs more haha Thank you Wayne and Sporting Life for making my day! Tomba

  Collingwood Store- customer service was excellent. I was greeted upon entering and asked how they could help- I was referred to Heater in soft goods. She could not have been kinder, more efficient, knew her product well, was patient , was HONEST and her recommendations paid off! Thank you Heather you made my day! Excellent employee! Really cared James in hard goods worked equally hard and knew his products as well and helped me with missing batteries hurt boot heaters. Went out if his way to help me and product searched as well as calling Toronto store to see if they had complete new boot heaters as the company making mine are not in business. He said he would call me when he knew and I was driving to TO. We talked and he could not have done better! What a team ! Dawn Rivait
