  To the Management Team of Burlington, I had skis and boot that were over 15 years old that were beginner skis. I just had a lesson the week before and my instructor suggested Intermediate Skis and Boots. I came in your store on February 28th, 2026. I met you associate Oliver and asked about Intermediate skis and new poles. He went over in detail what I a looking for in skis and what size was appropriate for my skiing ability. Oliver was patient and showed excellent listing and customer service skills by answers all my questions in professional and cordial manner. Oliver knowledge and understanding about the skis and poles put my mind at ease. I bought Rossignol Arcade 84 an Salomon ski poles. The excellent customer service with your company did not end there. The front end staff Vanessa had a smile on their face and had pleasant manner. Vanessa explain a rewards program to me and I signed up she explained in detail the process and explained the transaction to me. I came back to your store on March 6th to purchase new Intermediate skis boots. I met your associate Holden and he time explaining how the fit of the boot is important and they work with the skis. Holden measured the foot the right size for the skis boot. Holden explained the difference in the brands of the skis boots. Once again I was impressed with the knowledge and patient Holden showed towards to me. Holden like Oliver and Vanessa demonstration great listening skills and superb customer service skills. I ending up buying Salomon Spro 90 Supra Intermediate skis boots. I got great customer service from Danny at the front end where he explained I had $20.00 reward money to use and he explained how to apply to the purchase. The next day I came back to get my binding calibrated to my skis boots and got the same great service from Scott and Alex in the back area that set my skis and binding in 20 minutes. To follow up I took my skis and boots for ski run at Mount St. Louis in Barrie and they performed great as they were easy to turn the parallel and boots were easy to put on and comfortable to wear. Your organization provided great customer service and I mentioned to my friends and co-workers the service you provided.

  We had an amazing experience thanks to Karl in the ski department. He was friendly, very knowledgeable, and spent the time required with us to feel great about our purchase decision. We really appreciated his advice and expertise along the way. Thanks to Karl, we are thrilled with our ski, bindings, and boots 🙌🏼

  Sporting Life at Mapleview Mall Burlington was an unreal experience! To be exact I walked in wanting to find a good pair of runners and I have been struggling to find ones that work for me. I dont know much about shoes, so the retail worker role is lots of help to me. I want to shout out and give my 5 stars to Jesse. She honestly helped me so much and knew her shoes! As well as gave 10/10 customer service! I definitely have found my new place to shop footwear, and will be returning when in need!

  Went in on the weekend and had along chat with Scott about string choices for my tennis racket. Looking forward to trying out my new setup. Also, the stringer was able to get my racket strung the same day. Great service all around.

  I visited sporting life yesterday and was instantly approached by a friendly customer named Oliver. He was extremely helpful and stuck with me and my family with all of our questions. Amazing costumer service sporting life!!!
