- NMNina MNov 15, 20251.0If i can give this store a 0. Not coming back ever! The cashier is very very rude, long dark hair with glasses at Maple View Mall in Burlington on Nov 15. We check out at 5:12 and went back for a recheck at 5:18 because when we checked the receipt it dint look right. We took the jeans from the $39.99 rack and it rang at $79.99. The cashier told us it $79.99, when there were 10 more of the same jeans in that rack thats advertising $39.99. We returned the jeans and the cashier forced me to show her my credit card even i told her i had it. We havent even left the store. I have the receipt! Very rude. Invasion of privacy!

Being a women is difficult to decide what I want and from where should I get it. I was helped by Henna if I'm not wrong in the spelling the girl was super helpful not only to me but to other as well. She kept on getting the requested size of the people in the trail room. I was to helpful by the beautiful Heena/Henna because of short of time she guided me through all the right size of the pira that I selected. I still remember her face and if I'll go next I'll be definitely going to take her advice. Thank you for making my shopping worth and wonderfully Henna.

I was lucky enough to be served most times by Hayley. She embodies the customer service experience in a way that is not found in many places these days and it was a pleasure to shop there. I am sure I bought more than I normally would lol…All of the people working there are great and always cheerful. I’ll be back to top up my Fall/Winter wardrobe soon. Great place great product!!
