The store supervisor (name tag said Mari or Shari) was rude and barely acknowledged me while checking out. She didn’t greet me and avoided interaction during the transaction. When I tried to look at her name tag, she covered it with her sweater, and the tag itself appeared damaged, which felt evasive and uncomfortable. Staff were openly gossiping about a mistake they made with another customer, speaking as if the customer was at fault. To top it off, another associate commented that “all the customers are so angry today,” which was dismissive and inappropriate. I’m always polite and patient with retail staff, so this experience was especially disappointing. Overall, a lack of basic customer service and professionalism. I won’t be returning.

I do not get all names but the one who cashed us out was Rose and she was a breath of fresh air as her customer service was very genuine and professional. She left a memorable experience so much so that I had to come on here. I hope that she is recognized for her excellence in customer care. Thank you so much Rose! I always shop here and will be back again.
