- KPKetan Patel1 day ago1.0I submitted a same-day order online at 9:28 AM and received a confirmation email. Around 12:30 PM, I checked the tracking and saw it hadn’t moved past the "submitted" stage. I tried calling the store 5 or 6 times over the next hour with absolutely zero response. I then submitted an online form and got an automated email saying my request was being reviewed by the staff. Finally, at 3:20 PM, I received a phone call just to be told they couldn't deliver my order today. If a business cannot fulfill a same-day order, they need to let the customer know immediately so alternate arrangements can be made! To make matters worse, there was zero accountability. They didn't initially offer a discount for their mistake, nor did they offer to refund the same-day shipping fee I had already paid. Because of this, I decided to cancel the order entirely. Shockingly, 15 minutes after I canceled, they called back offering "free shipping." Too little, too late. I couldn’t believe the complete lack of customer service. I have spent a lot of money at this business in the past, but I am absolutely done and will never use them again. Save yourself the stress and find a more reliable business.
