  I had the absolute BEST experience with Jade at the Torbram Benjamin Moore! From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help me find the perfect color for my bathroom. Choosing paint can feel overwhelming, but Jade made the entire process fun, stress-free, and even inspiring. She really took the time to listen to what I wanted and somehow translated all of that into the most perfect shade. It’s honestly better than I imagined! Her eye for colour is incredible, and you can tell she truly understands how tones shift in different lighting and how to create a cohesive look. What stood out most was her patience and attention to detail. She didn’t rush me, answered all my questions, offered thoughtful suggestions, and made sure I felt completely confident in my decision. That level of care is rare and so appreciated. If you’re going to the Torbram Benjamin Moore, do yourself a favour and ask for Jade. She is an absolute gem and a true color expert. I couldn’t be happier with my bathroom. Thanks again Jade!

  Great experience at this Benjamin Moore store! Managers Jade and Hargun were super knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. The store was clean, organized, and the festive decorations was a nice touch. Highly recommend!

  One of the best Benjamin Moore stores. I have been buying from them over many years they have the best customer service The orders are always prepared before time and have never dealt with any bad experiences overall. Truly recommend this store to all contractors and homeowners for the best service and quality products at good prices

  The Torbram RD store has excellent customer service. I called in to order paint and they were very informative and helpful and courteous. It is Curbside pickup, so after my call I drove there and picked up my paint. Answered my questions and even mixed up some old paint I had. All in all an great experience.
