We had a special gift idea for a loved one who needed some cheering up and he was beyond helpful and also looking in the back for items without being asked. Truly an amazing experience! Will definitely be back!! Then we were checked out by loveliest young lady who gave us exceptionally excellent service as well - her name starts with an A and she knows who she is :)

They were going to order in a new one which was great, I was fine waiting for a new order. They however only had one pair of jeans available online in my size that was ripped and I needed the jeans for work. So I ended up having no choice but to go with a refund. When I ordered online I used $15 in rewards to get the jeans. They would not do anything about the rewards I had lost due to their warehouses error. I was told that once the rewards are used they are gone. So I got my money back but no $15 gift card or anything for the rewards I lost. Will not be shopping online with them again, which is unfortunate because that’s the only place they offer x-short. Beware of using any rewards online!
