  My salesperson, Charmaine, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. With light sensitivity and vertigo following eye surgery, finding the right pair of glasses for indoor and outdoor wear was a challenge. She had gone to school for optometry, so she jumped right in, helped me determine which lens colours would soothe my vertigo symptoms, and recommended polarized lenses. I love my new glasses, and my eyes are much more comfortable.

  I had a great experience at Sunglass Hut! I went in looking for the right pair of Meta glasses and while I did my research I wasn’t exactly sure what would suit me best, but Veronica made the entire process so easy and smooth. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Veronica took the time to walk me through different options, explain the features, and really understand what I was looking for. She made sure I found a pair that fit my needs perfectly.

  This is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with with. I spend about 2000 dollars I. Store with two pairs of glasses. I tried to return a pair of glasses ten days later and they would not honour a refund. There was no customer appreciation or good service. The manager was called Instore but could not Take a minute to speak with me. I will never go back to this location and I DO NOT recommend visiting this location either. I have all receipts everything on my end was 100% honoured correctly and when o ask To speak to manager they won’t give me Her name and just Tell me To come waste more time 7 days from now to argue. Customer service is pathetic , they tried to tell me a women told me it was final sale when o did an exchange, but it wasn’t even a female present is was a male who told me I had 30 days. I can not believe the customer service in this store especially after being a good customer. To the manager of this store , you are pathetic and I hope This does not Happen to anybody else
