We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

    Had such a great experience at the lululemon store in Georgian Mall! From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by Mary, who was absolutely amazing. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely made the shopping experience feel easy and enjoyable without being pushy. She took the time to help, answered all my questions, and clearly cares about providing great customer service. The store itself was clean, well organized, and had a great selection. Huge shoutout to Mary for making this such a positive experience — I’ll definitely be back!

    I recently went to this location to purchase several pairs of pants. The staff were very helpful but upon payment I tried to use some gift cards I had received over the holidays. One of them was obviously not activated properly so the store directed me to customer service. I spent an hour back and forth on hold with customer service only to be told that I need the receipt for the purchase of the gift card and that nothing could be done. As this was given as a gift I do not have the receipt and am unable to recover it. The customer service rep actually left the chat while we were speaking so after an hour of holds nothing was resolved. I have been purchasing Lululemon for years with no issues so it was disappointing to have such a bad experience.

    Never, in my life, have I ever encountered worse service than ordering online. I ordered two alpaca beanies for Christmas gifts for my 2 sons' girlfriends. Only one arrived yet is clearly said there were two. I followed their directions for customer support and have had to follow up more than four separate times. Their chat bot is the worse imaginable. December 6: online order placed December 8: Only one of two hats were delivered while accompanying documents indicate 2 were delivered December 8: Submit online claim: Order ID: c176507071233851 December 10: Email received saying I'm eligible for a refund. I call to say I need the item, not a refund at this late date as I need one hat for each of 2 women. Person says they will make sure it happens December 21: I hope this email finds you well. I can see that you were offered the Cable-Knit Pom Beanie HBKP ONE SIZE by an Educator here at the Guest Education Centre (GEC). Regrettably, this item is no longer in stock. With that said, we still want to get you into some new gear! Please respond by providing the name, size, and colour of a similar, alternative item. We ask that you provide a first and second choice, in the case that the first is not available. If you're unable find an alternative, we'd be happy to offer you an e-gift card for the value of the original offer. Our gift cards are good to use in store or online; they also never expire nor depreciate and are final sale. They’re treated like cash, which means if they’re lost or stolen we can't replace them. Warmly, The Orders team December 21: I respond asking them to send me one of the hats in a different colour that is still in stock. I receive absolutely no response at all. December 23: I try using their online chat and the chat bot is 100% completely useless, insisting that I received my order with no option to deal with the issue. I request a live agent, get one and then the connection disappears. Have to start all over agin with the stupid chat bot. Finally get a person and spend about 30 minutes going around in circles with that person. She can't escalate to a manager because "here at lululemon's Guest Education Centre (GEC), we don't work under managers, Instead every educator is able to help you with any issue you might have given the circumstance." We go around in a million circles. Eventually, she indicates that she has "successfully requested that your order be placed within the next 2 business days by our Order's team. Once that's done, you'll receive an order confirmation email where you'e find your order ID. So, bottom line, I wasted an absolute ton of time and I have less that 5% confidence that I will receive the item in time for Christmas. Hey Lulu!!!! Wake up!!!!! This is now approaching a month since I placed the order. Your customer fulfillment systems are broken!!! I asked that a marketing / sales person follow up with me later to walk through the numerous customer service failures. She said she would pass this along. I have next to no confidence this will actually happen. So, my recommendation is: DON'T ORDER ONLINE FROM LULULEMON IF YOU NEED YOUR ITEM WITHIN A MONTH! Call me disppointed, disillusioned and fed up with louse corporate systems that don't work

    That person who was helping me with a Christmas gift for someone and she was really funny and friendly. Help me with many different options and I got exactly what I needed. Think her name was tola, maybe. The cashier was really helpful too, helped me wrap my gift. He was really professional and good at his job. Think his name was Andrès. Friendly staff frr.
