  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing customer service at DSW Barrie! I had purchased a pair of boots about four months ago and the zipper ended up snapping. I called the store to ask about their defective policy, and Amanda was extremely helpful and professional. She asked me to bring them in, and without any hassle, she provided me with store credit. Because of the great experience, I ended up buying two more pairs of boots. Amanda made the whole process smooth and stress-free. It’s rare to see this level of customer service these days. Highly recommend this location to anyone — I’ll definitely be coming back!

  Very friendly service but the clearance racks are lacking selection. Isn’t the whole point of going to DSW to get great deals?
