Genevieve was our Rolex specialist and she was fantastic! She sized the watch perfectly, and took plenty of time explaining the functionality and care of this exceptional timepiece to my wife. They also cleaned our other watches and my wife’s wedding ring and they looked spectacular! The store is amazing with many choices of fine jewelry and gifts! Everyone was so friendly and it was a very special day we won’t forget!

Several days ago I brought in some jewelry I had picked up through the years, and I wanted to see if they could do a “before” and “after “. Rhonda had some super ideas, and at the end of the appointment, we decided to go with an idea my husband and I had toyed with 35 years ago. I was expecting the rings to be finished by December, but in fact, they finished both of them early, today! The rings were stunning! I actually got to speak with Ben, who had done most of the work on the rings. Rhonda and Ben were so patient and very professional, yet personable. That’s a win! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
