  I brought in my ray bans to the lower level store in the mall that I had purchased years ago that needed the frames to be fixed. I was “helped” by an 18 year old kid with a Russian accent. He filmed me with his Meta Ray-ban glasses WITHOUT my consent. After man handing my glasses, he tried to send me away with the frames EXTREMELY crooked when I closed them, and they also sat crooked on my face. When I told him, he said it was a a nose adjustment issue and that it would “work itself out” as I wore my glasses more. He was trying to act cool the whole time, calling me “queen” and “girl” and creepily staring at me dead in the eyes while applying in circular motions multiple, MULTIPLE layers of aquaphor lip gloss. Literally one of the worst experiences of my life with a service employee. He made me extremely uncomfortable and didn’t fix my glasses at all, and I had to take them upstairs where a different employee took care of me. My only regret is not getting his name, but I feel like his manager and co workers will be able to figure it out who he is from my description.

  Diana was outstanding to work with. She is very knowledgeable and found me the perfect pair at a discounted price. She walked me through their hut plu program and helped me find a pathway.

  This is a BIG shout out to Kali at the Sunglass Hut in Woodland Hills Mall. Hands down the best customer service we've ever had at that store. We've had good service in there before in terms of friendliness, but never the kind that offers suggestions. She asked questions to understand what I liked about my old glasses and based on that, made recommendations and then helped us narrow them down. She was fun, friendly, and truly cares about her customers. She should be training everyone! She was excellent! The mall is not always our favorite place to be, especially at Christmas due to the crowds, but we left feeling energized rather than exhausted!

  I had been to a couple of other stores looking for a quality pair of sunglasses but the sales people did not seem very knowledgeable of their products or lacked any enthusiasm in helping us. i decided to go to Sunglass Hut at Woodland Hills and TJ was amazing! He greeted us quickly and helped me to find the perfect glasses for my needs. Very good experience. Would highly recommend this store.
