  The best experience Ive ever had shopping, went in to find a dress for a special occasion coming up and Evie, one of the sales associate was amazing! From the beginning they asked me the occasion and what I preferred with colors, helped pick out a bunch of dresses, then while I was trying them on kept bringing back other options that she thought Id love! Genuinely I wish more places had people like them working, usually dress shopping for me is stressful, but from beginning to end she made it such a fun and enjoyable experience! Even while busy she still made sure everyone was taken care of and having a good time!

  I wouldn’t even give them a 1 star!!! I will not be shopping at WINDSOR at Woodland Hills ever again. My sister is a senior in HS, and we are bigger girls. She’s is excited to find a dress and so we went looking today. We stopped at Windsor first to see what they have. She found 1 she really liked and went to ask a worker if they had a certain size. The worker right away said “I dont carry that size” with an attitude. I then asked what about an another size (she thought I said large), I then said no what about this size. She the said “like I said, I’ll check” with an attitude. Dealing with size issues growing up like my sister is, and having that not so good feeling about how you look, makes a girl feel down about herself. That made my sister shut down and not want to look at anymore. We the went onto Dillard, where she explained she didn’t want to shop anymore and cried because of the lady who she talked to. I never in my life would want anyone to feel the way we do about ourselves. And before anyone says “oh she didn’t mean it that way” or “you don’t know what she’s going through” let’s just think, maybe not bash someone about their looks.

  Went yesterday to return something and they were extremely rude the employee even threw the receipt at me. I was so surprised that someone would have such terrible customer service

  Put doors with locks on your dressing rooms. Because some idiots aren’t smart enough to think someone might be in there when the curtain is closed
