- HRHayley RoseDec 22, 20255.0This is a BIG shout out to Kali at the Sunglass Hut in Woodland Hills Mall. Hands down the best customer service we've ever had at that store. We've had good service in there before in terms of friendliness, but never the kind that offers suggestions. She asked questions to understand what I liked about my old glasses and based on that, made recommendations and then helped us narrow them down. She was fun, friendly, and truly cares about her customers. She should be training everyone! She was excellent! The mall is not always our favorite place to be, especially at Christmas due to the crowds, but we left feeling energized rather than exhausted!
