I've had to wait for long periods just for a hello, let alone any help. I finally asked where Emma was. I sadly found out she was fired. I have watched this girl be left alone at this counter. I have watched her have dirty looks and rude comments from her coworkers, yet she is the one gone. I think this company should drastically re-evaluate who theyre firing and who they're keeping. This place gets worse every time I come in, to the point that I never will again. So, to me, the best part of this store is the cafe! They have excellent coffee, beef jerky, fudge, and sammiches! I haven't tried their pizzas yet, but they look yummy too! There's this one young lady that works there named Emma. She makes the coffee THE BEST! She's always superkind, informative and helpful when I go in.
