My grandson cracked his expensive Rawlings bat a couple weeks ago and a kind Scheels employee took the time to find his receipt and sent links to Rawlings making it easy to place a warranty claim and the bat came today. Not only are their employees knowledgeable, they also use the products and can relay their experiences to you! Most fun I've ever had shopping for gear.

We were greeted by every employee, and kindly helped with anything we needed. Purchasing a firearm was simple and easy and the employees were not only super knowledgeable, they were also happy and kind. They have a great selection for anything you’re looking for, from home decor, clothing to anything outdoor related. The atmosphere is fun and inviting. Will enjoy many more trips in the future!

They would not let me into the mall because it was closing. I was let out a side door and told the lot I was in was"right over there." It was actually quite far. Over by Texas de Brazil Anyway an announcement would be greatly appreciated. As a woman alone walking outside in the dark I felt a little unsafe. Please start doing announcements.
