  Great place to do some painting or other arts and crafts. Splatter room is a must do, kids had a blast painting and then splattering. Snacks and drinks for the kids and the adults

  My date and I came here for Valentine’s Day. He had a reservation made online. The woman “helping us” didn’t have the reservation or even care to look at it. She went on trying to sell us different size canvases when we’d already had everything picked out online. We reserved a glow in the dark paint splatter and larger canvases. She randomly chose “larger” canvases but apparently they were more expensive than the ones we chose online. We were one of the two couples that were there in the shop. We felt rushed along and the woman didn’t smile once. This was supposed to be a fun, new, exciting experience but the lady’s overall demeanor really ruined it. I know this is a crazy idea but when you work in customer service and you’re customer facing, it’s generally a good idea to act like you WANT people there. You would think that the point of a paint splatter experience would be to get messy but there were all sorts of restricting rules and the paint suits didn’t cover the feet for some reason? They had plastic baggies instead which I found odd. The next thing is that if you’re going to have paint splatter experiences, maybe there’s a better solution for people having to take home wet painted canvases. Or use paint that dries faster OR allow people to use up the HOUR they paid for to enjoy the experience, instead of trying to rush them out the door. And maybe, just maybe, don’t answer personal calls as you’re cashing people out. My date was kind enough to tip even though the entire experience was lackluster. There are a TON of neat artistic projects to do there that looked so fun but with the terrible customer service, I won’t be back.

  Michelle took great care of us. Our party of six all picked different crafts and had a blast! Will highly recommend.

  Pinspiration is super cool! My husband and I took our niece for her birthday and we all had fun! It was super fun to watch her be creative and just think of what she wanted to do and just be able to do it! I highly recommend for simple family fun time without phones and just being present with each other or parties! 🎉
