I had a wonderful experience! They helped me remove a few watch links, clearly explained the process from start to finish, and the price was very reasonable. My watch fits perfectly now, and the customer service was outstanding—friendly, professional, and helpful every step of the way. Highly recommend Moody's Jewelry!

I've been upset with my ring for 5 yrs. I thought my OCD'd learn to accept it/get used to it, but it's only getting worse w/ time. The stress/anxiety from this physically effects me & I can no longer wear it. I brought a design & had a ring made in 2020. I still love the original design, but I have several issues with their handling of the sale/design. The more minor issue is the size. I can't remember exact words, but "it's standard to adjust measurements by a 1/2 size." I believe that she wanted to go a 1/2 size DOWN. If I'm not mistaken about that, then I wanted a full size down. Whatever it was, I know that my chosen size fit my finger at the time & would've been prefect/ideal longterm. I'd gained some weight & planned to lose it, but she kept insisting on only going a 1/2 size down. She kept passively telling me in numerous ways that I wouldn't lose the lbs. We spent a while on this topic before I gave in. I thought "she's the expert so my feelings/assessment of myself must be wrong." Projecting? Generalizing? Idk but, I was unhappy with the outcome. I felt immediate regret, especially since the design makes resizing impossible. She told me herself that resizing would compromise the integrity of the ring/put the smaller diamonds at risk of falling out. This was one of the lines she used to convince me to do it her way. Unfortunately, I have a hard time standing up for myself. I'd already expressed my feelings/disagreement with the sizing multiple times, so I gave in under the intense pressure/insistence. I obvi lost the lbs, so gravity is CONSTANTLY pulling the ring palm side down. Forget keeping it centered, I can barely keep it on my hand! It's a miracle that it hasn't fallen off/gotten lost. Despite how difficult confrontation is for me, I worked up the courage to fix the size during the upcoming trial fitting. They told me they'd produce a plastic model of the ring & insert the main diamond once it arrived to make sure that the sizing was good & that the ring fit my vision. This never happened. If it had, then I would've had the size adjusted, and more importantly, I would've noticed the most glaring issue with the ring. This issue wasn't apparent in the design printouts, so it was my 1st & only chance to notice/have it fixed, but I wasn't given that chance. They ruined my ring. The centerpiece was originally a 3/4 carat & I had/have no issue with this. I was put under even MORE intense pressure regarding this (another employee even joined in). They wanted me to increase it to 1 carat. They gave me all kinds of speeches & repeatedly said that brides ALWAYS regret not getting a full carat. My sweet husband fell for their tricks & started trying to convince me as well, so I finally caved after a long bout of unbearable awkwardness/pressure. The problem? They didn't bother adjusting any other parts of the ring in proportion to the change. This/their many other upsale attempts showed me that my happiness/satisfaction was the last thing on their mind, despite their clever manipulations indicating otherwise, and made it clear that they're only concerned w/ profit. The oversized jewel completely covers the 2 adjacent jewels & the entire shape of the ring is off. You couldn't tell from the sample pics w/ excited eyes. In hindsight, I should've compared the original more closely. I now see it's very off, but it's not 1/2 as obvious as IRL, and you can't tell that it hides the 2 sub diamonds that are WAY too small for/close to the centerpiece. However, this responsibility never should've fallen onto me. Even if it had, I was robbed of the opportunity to notice/bring up these issues when they removed the test ring session w/o a word. They prioritized profits over people, pressured me into choosing an unsuitable size, and never gave me a chance to make adjustments despite their promise. As a result, my ring is unbearable to look at & impossible to keep upright/on my finger. Now, I have to figure out how to have it redone/pay even MORE $ to fix this overpriced ring. 10/10 would NOT reccomend bringing designs/$ here.
