The ring had not been purchased at Moody's, but the jewelry store where it had been purchased said they could not replace the pearl. I am very grateful to Moody's Jewelry for taking the time and effort to replace the pearl, even though the ring had been purchased in a different store.

They returned it with only the analog hands working and told me the digital display “could not be repaired.” They also claimed the batteries they installed would not power the digital functions. Later, I opened the watch myself and found the real issue: the digital side uses a dual 392 (SR41W) batteries that had never been replaced. After buying my own tools and the correct batteries, I installed it and reset the movement. The digital display came back instantly and the watch now works perfectly. It’s unacceptable that I had to purchase tools and fix the problem myself after already paying Moody’s for a professional repair. This was a simple, routine service that was not completed correctly. Moody’s needs significantly better attention to detail and accuracy in their watch repairs. Customers should not have to redo — or pay twice for — work that should have been done right the first time.

After we got the necklace back from repair, we saw that at the end where it wasn't broken was all twisted. I will upload pictures. I have wasted a half day listening to they lies, old like the world, that we left it like this, we twisted it and so on ridiculousness. After figuring out i won't accept just the $60 paid to "fix" it their way and walk away, they offered me another necklace, that it has nothing to compare with this one made in Itlaly, another style and very sanitmennal expensive for the whole family. I will regret leaving this necklace there till the rest of my life. I am very disappointed and frustrated with them, no matter they gave me another one, because this is not the exact same one we left.
