Went in couple days ago to browse around and look for a mother's day gift, left to keep looking at other options from other stores. Ended up coming back for a purse I really wanted for a mother's day gift. I dress in street casual clothes and not once did I feel looked at weird or judged, which I have felt at many "luxury" stores. As I was checking out she signed me up so I could get a discount, not sure if they get any commission for sign ups. But I thought it was very kind of her, we talked for awhile while she wrapped and put the purse in the box never felt rushed or like she just wanted us out after. Loved the energy of her and the other worker both very lovely woman. Will definitely be back when I need to purchase something else!

Called back say on hold after speaking to a representative only to have them pass the call to someone else who knew nothing that was going on, to explain all over again . Got so frustrated hung up and getting a full refund honor your product
